Individual 1-1 Class

We offer personal 1-1 training and have proven results in goal-based delivery for our clients.

This Class includes nutrition advice, targeted exercise programs, before and after measurements - and all the encouragement you need to succeed!

We’ll also ensure that ALL of the exercises you do can be replicated at home with the minimum of equipment.

Boot-Camp Classes

Our boot-camp sessions are legendary!

These sessions can be catered for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Want to work towards your goals with like minded individuals? - then our boot-camps can be right up your street.

These are popular sessions and based around all over body movements, mix-modal exercise routines, with techniques that are proven to deliver results - a support network with a common goal to succeed, to help you on your journey. They’re also a great all-round exercise session for those that love to exercise in the gym!

    A NEW class promoting simple exercise to make you look good, feel good and get you off that couch and back enjoying life again! This is a small class of 8 clients, with a results-driven program over 12 weeks duration that anyone can do at home too!
