Alan McMenemy

Hi,

My name is Alan (or Aldo) and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and fitness coach, and the owner of Pace Fitness.

I have been a Personal Trainer for approximately 4 years now, but have been in the fitness industry in various roles for over 20 years.

My aim is to work with my clients to build lifestyle habits and reach outstanding results, via a tailored-to-you training program, using tried and tested methods that have been proven to get fantastic results. There’s nothing that I can’t adjust to help meet your needs.

I have worked with individuals (and groups) of all ages and experiences and find that they all have one thing in common - they want to get better. This can be both physical and mental, but in my experience, their common goal is to get better.

I enjoy seeing my clients confidence and knowledge increase when they work towards and achieve their goals. Something I will never tire of and strive to ensure their growth at each session.
