A regular #bootcamper since last year, @markovts decided to get involved with us and hasn't looked back. At one time, Mark was pretty much the only male in the classes, but this didn't stop him enjoying his fitness journey and his progress is there to see. His progress has came on so much, that he remains the only person to break the floor with a slam ball Amazing journey, Mark. Long may it continue.
